Post Reply - Egg Plant

I'm talking about egg plant today and they are just exquisite plants to grow. We planted ours
in round rings and have gotten so much we had to add some to our compost pile. Never wasted but
a large amount definitely will go back into our garden next year as compost. A veggie that is very
good for you. Plant some of these jewels and let us know how they turn out? We planted just 4
plants and way to many for us. Harvested a ton. If you know a way to preserve these let us
know?
